Are pets welcome at our villas?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome at our villas, except for Minivilla Lapland where pets are not allowed. Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets. We ask that pet owners are responsible and ensure that pets stay within the yard of the rented mini villa, and check after the visit that the yard and nearby road are clean and free of holes from the pet's activities. The pet fee is €25 per reservation.
Can I bring my own bed linens?
You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels. The rental price of the mini villa includes beds, mattress pads, blankets, and pillows. You can bring your own bed linens (such as fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases) or rent them from us. Pre-ordered sets are €20 per set, or €25 per set if ordered on-site. The linen package also includes bath towels, and in Minivilla Lapland, bathrobes. The dimensions of the double beds are 160x200cm, and the single beds are 80x200cm.
Are there spices, toilet paper, coffee filters, or parchment paper at the cabin?
Minivillassa on valmiina 1-2 täyttä rullallista WC-paperia. Talouspaperia on vähintään yksi täysi rullallinen ja yleensä suodatinpusseja (koko 104) on aina kaapissa. Vuokrahintaan kuuluu myös WC:n käsipyyhe sekä keittiö käsipyyhe. Kaikki pyyhkeet vaihdetaan jokaisen check-outin jälkeen uusiin ja vanhat lähetetään pesulaan.
Typically, villas have basic spices left behind by previous guests, but we do not restock them. If you want to be sure you have a specific spice for your cooking, it's best to bring your own. We also do not restock parchment paper, foil, or plastic wrap.

Are there cleaning supplies at the mini villas?
Yes, we provide all the necessary tools and cleaning supplies for the final cleaning of the cabin. We also offer dish soap for both the dishwasher and hand washing. If you prefer not to clean, you can order the final cleaning service from us; please ask for the price.
Can I go rowing at the cabin? Are there life jackets?
Yes! Rowing is part of the cabin experience at Minivillat, with the exception of Minivilla Wäinölä, which has a large pond where rowing is not possible, although swimming is allowed. Each cabin has its own rowing boat (except for Minivilla Wäinölä) available for guests to use. Life jackets are also provided at the cabin.
We will arrive a bit later. Is that possible?
The normal check-in time for all Mini Villas is at 4 PM. If you wish to arrive later, that works perfectly fine. Each cottage has a lockable key box from which the key is retrieved with a code.
We would like to arrive a bit earlier / leave a bit later. Is that possible?
Olemme varanneet minivillan huoltamiseen klo. 12-16 välisen ajan, ja tuolloin koko Elämysvillat tiimi on hyvin kiireinen, jotta saamme mökit huollettua ja siivottua valmiiksi seuraaville asiakkaille. Tästä syystä tulo- ja lähtöajasta joustaminen on haastavaa.

Can the log cabin be rented for just one night?
Ajatuksemme on, että minimivuokra-aika on 2 yötä. Yhdestä yöstä syntyy käytännössä samat kustannukset kuin kahdesta. Tästä syystä yhden yön vuokraaminen mökissä on lähes saman hintaista kuin kahden. Check-in aika on villoihin klo 16 ja check-out klo 12, joten yksi mökkivuorokausi jää myös lyhyeksi. Jos kuitenkin haluat varata juuri yhden yön tai illan, voit pyytää meiltä tarjouksen!
Can Minivilla Lapland mirror house be rented for one night?
Yes, Minivilla Lapland can also be rented for one night.
Do the mini villas have an ice hole, or can I make one myself?
Ice swimming is possible, and a thawing box is provided to keep the ice holes open.
Can I bring a hot tub or tent with me?
Bringing hot tubs, tents, caravans, or motorhomes to the villas is not allowed.
Each mini villa has its own hot tub on the terrace, which is included in the rental price.
We believe we have a beautiful lake, and each cabin has its own beach. In the summer, you can take a dip in the lake or pond, and in the winter, the bravest can enjoy ice swimming.
Why do we not allow tents, motorhomes, or caravans?
We want to keep the area peaceful so that everyone can enjoy nature.
Are firewood and gas for the gas grill included in the rental price?

Can I host a party or stag party at the mini villas?
Please note: We do not rent our mini villas for parties or for large groups.
(Our properties are perfect for couples, families with children, and those who enjoy peace and quiet.)
Can I drive to the villas, or will I have to park farther away?
Yes, you can drive to the driveway of all the mini villas. Depending on the mini villa and cabin, the driveway can accommodate three to six cars. We recommend carpooling to reduce emissions and help keep the area's roads as quiet as possible.
